Rather then provide a summary total as the RCR Report page does, the Status Page provides information by rebate number.
Once you've selected either the “Details” or “ERROR” hyperlinks on the RCR Report page, you'll arrive at the Status page
The Status page allows you to view all rebates in a given Partner’s file, and the status of each Rebate Transaction (RT)
The Status page example above is an example of having clicked an “ERROR” hyperlink on the RCR Report page, because it shows only messages that are in error
If the "Details" hyperlink had been clicked on the RCR Report page, this Status page would list details of information regarding Completed, In Process, and/or Canceled rebates (as listed in the "Status" column)
The information in the red box above provides summary status totals for all RCRs that have been submitted within the same file
Also, the information in this box dynamically updates as changes are made
When you want to return to the RCR Report page, click on the “Back” button. Any changes that you made will be retained.
So how do we get from the Status Page to the Detail Page?
Through the same-labeled hyperlinks that we saw on the RCR Report Page…
All of the “Details” are hyperlinked, plus every “ERROR” in the Status column is hyperlinked.
