Industry Mall Online User Guide
The Returns Good Authorization (RGA) has three sections to choose from.
RGA Inquiry - You can search for status of the RGA.
RGA Request - You can submit a RGA request.
RGA Approval Status -
Clicking the RGA link in the left navigation menu, displays a screen similar to what is shown below:
Note: If you do not have the right to complete a RGA Request, you will directly go to the RGA Inquiry page.
