RGA Inquiry

The Returns Good Authorization (RGA) Inquiry allows you to search for a RGA using one of the following options:

1. RGA Confirmation #

2. RMA Number

3. Date Range and Status

To go to RGA Inquiry:

1. From the Industry Mall Home Page and the Tools pop up menu, select the RGA Inquiry option.

2. The RGA Inquiry page displays.

3. Select one of the options from RGA Confirmation #, RMA Number or Date Range and Status as the search criteria.

   1. If you select RGA Confirmation # or RMA Number as the search criteria, fill in the RGA Confirmation #/RMA Number text boxes with the appropriate information and click Search.

   2. If you select Date Range and Status as the search criteria, select the date range, enter the Status and click Search.

4. Below screen appears with the matching RGAs.

3. To view detail information of any RGA, click on any of the links under the Confirmation # or RMA# columns.

4. The RGA Inquiry Detail page appears.
