Rebate Credit Request Form

The Rebate Credit Request Form is an easy way to submit Rebate Credit Requests online. This form allows you to submit a rebate credit request without having to reload or pull data from data systems.

Only users who have access to the Manage Rebate Credit Requests option can access this form. Sales Engineers (User Group 4) is granted read-only access to this form for demonstration purposes.

To go to the Rebate Credit Request Form:

  1. Select the Rebate- Credit Request Form from the Net Pricing drop-down.

  2. The Rebate- Credit Request Form appears.

Note: The Rebate- Credit Request Form contains a maximum of 100 lines and functions like an Excel sheet in which you can copy and paste multiple lines.

  1. Select a rebate from the Rebate drop-down menu in the top left corner of the form. The Rebate drop-down contains all the rebates for your account.

  2. Once a rebate is selected, all fields in the form become enabled, and the Rebate Number hyperlink is displayed. The Rebate Number hyperlink will open a PDF File in a new window.

  3. You can manually enter or copy/paste the information into the Rebate- Credit Request Form.

Note: Except for the Requested Credit per Item and Partner Net Price per Item fields, it is compulsory to enter data in all fields.

Form Element

Description

Status

There are four statuses as Unvalidated, Validating, Validated and Error.

Sold Date

The sold date of the item. Note: If the Sold Date is not within the effective date, the date is displayed in red color.

Item #/ UPC

The item/UPC number. Note: If the item/UPC number or the item class is not on the rebate, it is displayed in red color.

Req. QTY

Requested quantity. You are not allowed to enter plus (+)/minus (-) signs along with the quantity. Eg: +3 is not allowed

End Customer Name

Displays the valid end customers for the selected rebate. This can be re-selected at any time.

Invoice #

Invoice number

Invoice Line #

Invoice line number

Req. Credit per Item

Requested Credit per Item. Optional to enter data to this field.

Partner Net Price per Item

Optional to enter data to this field.

Partner Extended Credit

Sum of Req. QTY x Req. Credit per Item.  This is automatically entered when submitted.

Remove Selected Lines

Enable you to delete multiple records.

Choose End Customer for Selected Lines

Allows you to select an end customer for multiple lines at a time.  A window is displayed that displays a drop down selection of available End Customers.

Validate

To move from Unvalidated state, the user must click the Validation button and pass validation.

Submit Form for Credit

Submits the form. When clicked, a confirmation window appears. Note: This is not enabled until all lines are error free and all required fields are filled.

  1. Once you finish entering all the information, click the Submit Form for Credit button to submit the form.

  2. The Confirmation page appears.
